Application Process

Step 1: Complete the Application Form

Please fill out the Application Form linked below. There is no closing date as applications are processed throughout the year. However, we advise you to apply well in advance due to potential delays when applying for a Canadian Study Permit (for international students).

Step 2: Send Supporting Documentation

After submitting your application, please send the following supporting documentation to the Admissions Office:

  • Three years of Academic Transcripts from previous schools you have attended (for international students)
  • Passport Front Page (for international students)
  • Proof of English proficiency (if available)
Step 3: Confirmation of Receipt

We will confirm the receipt of your application. If your application is successful, you will receive a package including:

  • Correspondence indicating the program to which you have been admitted and the starting date.
  • An invoice for tuition fees and other charges.
  • Information about student services, including health insurance and accommodation.
  • Guidance on applying for the Temporary Resident Visa and Study Permit for international students.
Step 4: Accepting Your Offer

To accept your placement, you will need to pay the tuition fees and other charges. Payment can be made in either US dollars or Canadian dollars via bank draft, money order, or T/T wire transfer. After we receive your payment, we will send you the official Letter of Acceptance and a receipt required for your visa application.

Step 5: Apply for Visa and Study Permit

International students must apply for a Temporary Resident Visa and Study Permit at the appropriate Canadian Embassy, High Commission, or Consulate in your country. Main requirements include:

  • Completed Application for a Study Permit
  • Proof of Acceptance Letter & Receipt
  • Proof of Identity (valid passport and four passport-sized photos)
  • Proof of Financial Support
  • Medical evaluation as required by regulations for certain countries.

After completing these processes, contact the Academy to register for your semester upon arrival in Toronto.
